About this service

Keeping a live app stable is a continuous job

Apple and Google release OS updates several times a year. Each one can quietly break something in your app — deprecated APIs, changed permission dialogs, updated review guidelines. Without regular attention, these issues pile up until an update gets rejected or users start reporting problems.

What the monthly plan includes

Each month we review your app against the latest OS versions, update outdated dependencies, and run a basic performance check. We also handle up to three minor code changes per month — things like adjusting a UI element, updating copy, or tweaking a notification setting. Larger feature work is scoped separately.

Monitoring and reporting

We connect to your existing crash reporting tool or set one up if you do not have one. At the end of each month you receive a short written report covering what was checked, what was changed, and any risks we spotted that need attention in the coming weeks.

Who this works well for

This plan suits businesses with a stable app that does not need constant new features but cannot afford to let technical debt accumulate. If your team does not include a dedicated mobile developer, this gives you that coverage without a full-time hire.

How the process works

Each stage is structured to keep participants informed, supported, and moving forward — without unnecessary complexity.

1

Initial assessment

Identifying the specific needs, current app version, and what kind of support or update is required.

2

Structured planning

A clear plan is built around your timeline and technical constraints — no guesswork, no vague commitments.

3

Active implementation

Updates and support tasks are carried out with regular status reports and direct communication throughout.

4

Review and handoff

Results are reviewed together, documentation is handed over, and follow-up support is outlined clearly.

Monthly maintenance cycle

  • Week 1: OS and SDK compatibility review. We test your app against any new iOS or Android releases from the previous month.
  • Week 2: Dependency audit. Outdated or vulnerable packages are flagged and updated with regression testing.
  • Week 3: Minor adjustments. Up to three small code changes based on your list or our monitoring findings.
  • Week 4: Performance check and monthly report. We review crash rates, load times, and app store review flags, then send you a written summary.
The plan renews monthly with no minimum contract. You can pause or cancel with two weeks notice. Unused adjustment slots do not carry over to the next month.
