App Store Update Submission and Review Management
App store submissions are more complicated than they look
A rejected update can delay your release by days or longer. Review guidelines change frequently, and what passed six months ago might get flagged now. Metadata errors, missing privacy disclosures, or incorrect entitlement settings are common reasons updates get held up — and they are all preventable with the right preparation.
What this service covers
We prepare your build for submission, check it against current App Store and Google Play guidelines, write or update your store listing metadata, and submit the update on your behalf. If the review team requests changes or rejects the build, we handle the response and resubmission at no extra cost.
Metadata and screenshots
We review your app description, keywords, and screenshots to make sure they meet current requirements. If your visuals are outdated or your description has compliance issues, we flag them before submission so they do not cause delays.
Timeline expectations
Apple reviews typically take one to three days. Google Play is usually faster. We track the submission status and notify you at each stage. For time-sensitive releases, we can request expedited review on your behalf when the situation qualifies.

How the process works
Each stage is structured to keep participants informed, supported, and moving forward — without unnecessary complexity.
Initial assessment
Identifying the specific needs, current app version, and what kind of support or update is required.
Structured planning
A clear plan is built around your timeline and technical constraints — no guesswork, no vague commitments.
Active implementation
Updates and support tasks are carried out with regular status reports and direct communication throughout.
Review and handoff
Results are reviewed together, documentation is handed over, and follow-up support is outlined clearly.
Submission process from start to finish
- Pre-submission audit: We review your build, metadata, privacy policy links, and permissions against current platform guidelines.
- Build preparation: We configure signing certificates, version numbers, and release notes. We flag any issues before submitting.
- Submission: We upload the build and submit to both platforms simultaneously or on a schedule you choose.
- Review tracking: We monitor status and communicate any reviewer questions or requests within a few hours of receiving them.
- Post-approval confirmation: Once live, we verify the update is visible in both stores and send you a confirmation with the live listing links.
Rejection responses and resubmissions are included in the base price. If a rejection requires significant code changes, that work is scoped and priced separately before proceeding.
